Where’s The Oxygen? It’s Getting Harder and Harder to Breathe

Breathing is something I can say I’ve never thought about until just recently.  I’m not asthmatic. I’m not claustrophobic.  I’m alive, therefore I breathe.  It’s natural.  It’s what we do.  Right?

This week I was diagnosis with iron deficiency anemia.  This occurs when the body doesn’t have enough iron to make red blood cells.  The red blood cells delivers the oxygen to every tissue in the body.  Symptoms of anemia include:  fatigue, heart palpitations, and shortness of breath to name a few.   Inhale.  Exhale.  Not so easy.  I wonder what else I’m taking for granted.

Breathe

I’m Just Sayin’…(Damn!)
